How many fail in CBSE class 12th and 10th?

 CBSE News : 

                                CBSE has decided not fail to any students for 10 and 12 term 1 and term 2 exam . The 10th and 12th students are going to be write term -2  for 50%  syllabus. The split up  syllabus already  given in the cbseacademics website and also give sample paper also .
